Unit Based Programs (UBP)

Outward Bound Learning (OBL)

Out door activities including adventure sports; aimed towards personal empowerment. Can be suited to any category of workforce and can be designed to suit the needs of the moment.

Training Methodology

We aim at successful implementation of work principles that support collaborative work systems, such that the participant, through an experiential database, is enabled to make full practical use of what he learns. Thus, the entire workshop is completely interactive and experientially based. Case studies, simulations, role-plays, instruments and games are deployed to enhance learning. Opportunities are provided to the participants for self-expression and sharing of experiences.
